Preamble
In order to benefit from the services offered by RFC, we ask you to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale. They govern rental sales and are valid at the time the order is placed to the exclusion of all other conditions. RFC reserves the right to modify them at any time. In all cases, the version applicable to the customer will be the one they received in electronic format when making their reservation.Reserving a stay constitutes their unreserved acceptance.
The General Conditions of Sale and the operations resulting from them are governed and subject to French law. These General Conditions of Sale are written in French. In the event that they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text will be authentic in the event of a dispute.
Any dispute or dispute to which they could give rise, as much for their validity, as for their interpretation, their execution or their realization, will be brought by the most diligent party before the Commercial Court of Paris, whatever the country of origin. origin of the customer.
According to article L221-20-4 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services provided on a specific date or at a specific frequency.
1. Reservation & Payment
1.1. Booking conditions
All the constituent elements of the services provided appear on our website. Subject to availability on the desired dates, you can book a stay online 24 hours a day with secure payment. The customer has free access to our website as well as to the customer area which is individually allocated to him after his reservation. The customer can also request information on the services offered from our reservation team: on the website from the contact section, electronically.
The customer himself determines the services of his choice on the day of his reservation and is responsible for their suitability to his needs, such that RFC liability cannot be incurred. The reservation is deemed accepted by the Customer at the end of the online reservation process.
We draw your attention to the fact that activities linked to the organization and sale of trips or stays on a specific date or at a specified period are not subject to the 14-day withdrawal period applicable to distance selling. .
All reservations must be accompanied by payment including:
- Administrative costs for all channels combined. These administration fees are only required once a year, regardless of the number of reservations made, under the same identity (same name, same address), within twelve months from the first reservation.
- The deposit corresponding to the chosen rate.
- A cancellation or insurance option if purchased
The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of RFC, after receipt of the deposit and after receipt either of the reservation contract duly completed and signed, or after acceptance of the general conditions of sale when booking online.
1.2. Balance payment
The full price of your rental and any additional services is due before the start of your stay
RFC reserves the right to apply the cancellation conditions accordingly ( see article 3.1.)
1.3. Payment method
All necessary means are implemented to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted on the web. The payment transaction is made at the time of purchasing the rental, via the Stripe service, after clicking on the ""confirm reservation"" button.
The RFC financial partner is the CIC via Stripe which ensures optimal security thanks to the use of the TLS protocol (encryption of all information linked to the card) and its numerous approvals (PCI DSS certification, 3D Secure, SCA, CB Cartes approval Banking, Visa merchant agent approval...). All transactions are carried out in euros, including for Switzerland or any other country whose national currency is not the euro.
For even greater security, entering the cryptogram and double security is mandatory.
1.3.1. Payment choice
The accepted payment methods are:

For any payment by means other than those mentioned above and in particular for any cash payment excluding payment upon receipt, we reserve the right to apply management fees of €10 and up to at 8% of the total price of the reservation.
1.3.2. Split payment
Payments in fractions are not permitted.
2. Price
The applicable prices are those indicated at the time of reservation by telephone or on the Internet. They are subject to change during the season and are in euros, VAT included.
2.1. Rental - Accommodation
The price includes :
· Rental of equipped accommodation
· Consumption of water, gas and electricity
The price does not include :
· Tourist tax
· Cancellation option or insurance

2.3. Types of tariffs

2.4. Tourist tax
The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the municipality/community of municipalities/department and region, must be paid by the Customer when paying for the rental. Its amount is communicated when the reservation is made and in the different rates offered. It is determined by the municipality and could be modified during the year.
2.6. Upgrade
In the event of an exceptional event or the impossibility of making the reserved accommodation available to the customer or in the event of force majeure, RFC reserves the right to accommodate the customer in accommodation of an equivalent or higher category, without financial compensation and without any price change for the customer. He is not obliged to inform the customer of the change.
3. Cancellations – Modifications
3.1. Modification of stay by the customer
Any request for modification must be made in writing (email) to the reservation address.
We will endeavor to accept as much as possible your requests for date changes and optional services within the limits of availability.
Depending on the rate chosen for your reservation, reservation changes are either possible under certain conditions, with or without fees, or impossible.

Note: - any request to increase the duration of your stay will be made by RFC at no additional cost subject to availability. Any request to reduce the duration of your stay is considered by RFC as a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation terms referred to in point 3.3 below.
3.2. Modification of the RFC fact
If it is impossible to satisfy your request due to an unforeseeable event or force majeure, you will be informed immediately by email and/or telephone number provided in your profile. Other availability will be offered to you in order to best satisfy you, you will then have the option of either giving up the stay or accepting the modification that we will propose to you. You must then let us know your choice within 48 hours; renunciation will result in the immediate reimbursement of all amounts paid. Whereas acceptance will only give rise to the reimbursement of the overpayment if applicable.
3.3. Cancelation
In the event of cancellation, you must notify us either by post or by email. The date the notification is received determines the cancellation date.

3.4. No Show - No-show at the place of stay
If you do not show up at the place of your stay, we will retain 100% of the total amount of the stay.
3.5. Delayed Arrival - Early Departure - Rental Interruption
A delayed arrival, early departure or interruption of the customer's stay cannot give rise to any reimbursement from RFC.
3.6. Rentals/Offers ""Non-exchangeable/non-modifiable/non-refundable""
Some of our rental offers are marked ""non-exchangeable / non-refundable"". For these stays or services, the following conditions replace the cancellation and modification conditions provided for in Article 3.1 and 3.3:
No request for modification or cancellation will be taken into account. Regardless of the date on which the reservation is canceled, we will retain compensation equal to 100% of the total amount of the accommodation.
""Non-exchangeable, non-refundable"" rentals/offers are not eligible for the stay cancellation option.
4. Terms of stay
The accommodation reservation is made on a strictly personal basis. You may not sublet or transfer your reservation under any circumstances without the prior consent of RFC.
The contract is established for accommodation corresponding to a specific number of people. RFC reserves the right to refuse access to accommodation to groups or families presenting with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation.
The rental accommodations are equipped and the equipment of each installation is the subject of a detailed inventory.
4.1. Police formalities
Any person who must stay at least one night in our establishment must first present their identity document to the manager or their representative and complete the formalities required by the police; otherwise access will be refused.
4.2. Arrival and Departure
4.2.1. Rental accommodation
4.2.1.1. Delivery of keys
Accommodation will be available from 2 p.m. However, in the event of early arrival and depending on our availability, everything will be done to reduce the waiting time.
4.2.1.2. Security deposit
You will be asked for a deposit (€300.00) on the day of your arrival by Carte Bleu, Visa, Mastercard, American Express bank card via Stripe.
The deposit will be canceled after checking your accommodation. On the day of your departure, the accommodation must be returned in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found on arrival. Any missing, broken or damaged items, any damage to the property and its contents, including all furniture, electronic equipment, accessories and effects will be charged. The withholding of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed the amount thereof.
Also, you will be asked to check the rental inventory upon your arrival and to inform us within 24 hours of any anomalies noted. After these deadlines, your findings can no longer be taken into account.
4.2.2. Departure
On the day of your departure, the accommodation must be returned in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found on arrival and must be vacated and the keys handed over to reception before 11 a.m.
Loss of keys will be charged €100. A broken key returned will be charged €70.
4.3. Travel documents
You will receive an email with all the information relating to your stay (RFC description, your rental, arrival and departure times and sales conditions).
4.5. Internal regulations
In order to facilitate the progress of your stay, internal regulations are available at the RFC reception; We thank you for reading it and respecting it. Especially,

- dogs, cats and other pets are not allowed.

In the event that a resident does not respect the provisions of these internal regulations, RFC may orally or in writing if it deems it necessary, give the latter formal notice to stop the disturbance. In the event of a serious or repeated violation of the internal regulations and after formal notice, by RFC, of the tenant's refusal to comply, RFC may terminate the contract. In the event of a criminal offense, RFC may call upon the police. The fact of taking possession of his rental implies that the customer has read these regulations and that he must comply with them – Any failure to comply with these regulations represents an offense which RFC reserves the right to enforce by any legal means, includes compensation for damages incurred.
4.6. Car park

Pets and any other pets are not accepted.
4.8. Visitors
The visitor is defined as follows: any person outside the tenant, wishing to visit him temporarily (under no circumstances will the visitor be able to stay throughout the rental, in which case the visitor would be considered as a tenant and subject to payment of taxes). stay and other charges). Upon arrival, the visitor is required to present proof of identity to reception. The host, for his part, must welcome his guest at the entrance to the RFC accommodation. In the case of a recurring visit, RFC will invoice the host at the current rate.(The concept of recurring visit is left to the discretion of RFC and cannot be called into question by the customer).
4.9. Minors
We draw your attention to the fact that RFC does not depend on a Holiday and Leisure Center within the meaning of Decree No. 2002-883 dated May 3, 2002, and is not suitable for ensuring collective or individual stays outside from the family home of minors under the age of 18, unaccompanied by their legal guardians. As such, we inform you that minors must be under the supervision of their legal representatives. RFC reserves the right to refuse access to accommodation reserved in disregard of this requirement for the benefit of minors under 18 years of age unaccompanied by their legal administrators presenting themselves at RFC reception, and to proceed with immediate cancellation stay.Under the same conditions, RFC may cancel the reservation at any time before the start of the stay, if it discovers that the accommodation is intended to accommodate minors under 18 years of age unaccompanied by their administrators. legal.
5. Complaints, Litigation, Mediation

6. Other Conditions
6.1. Liability, Losses, theft, damage
RFC or any other company distributed by RFC cannot be held liable in the event of loss, theft or damage to the customer's personal effects during their stay with RFC.
As an exception to article 2244 of the Civil Code, sending a registered letter by RFC to any debtor customer interrupts the limitation period applicable in such matters. It is therefore up to tenants to take out additional holiday insurance to cover any damages.
RFC disclaims all liability in the event of theft, loss or damage due to bad weather, fire, vandalism or incidents falling to the civil liability of the tenant inside RFC.Each tenant in title is responsible for disturbances and nuisances caused by people staying with him or visiting him. Any omission of personal effects within RFC cannot incur RFC liability.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.212-1 of the Consumer Code, RFC undertakes to ensure that its services comply with the regulations in force. It may happen that certain activities and facilities offered by RFC and indicated in the description on the website are canceled, in particular for technical reasons or in the event of force majeure as defined by the French courts. RFC is responsible for the proper execution of all obligations resulting from the contract.
6.2. Possible modification of our services
In the event of the occurrence of a force majeure event making it impossible to fulfill one of its obligations, RFC will have the option to partially or totally modify the execution of its services (total or partial closure of the accommodation).
RFC reserves the right to exclude you in the event of careless or inappropriate use of its equipment. It also reserves the right to exclude you in the event of non-compliance with RFC staff and customers.
6.3. Protection of personal data
The customer is informed, on each of the personal data collection forms, of the obligatory or optional nature of the responses by the presence of an asterisk. 6.4. Image / Website / Brochure
We present to you on our website a general description of our accommodation, photographs, an average floor space of the accommodation, and photographs given for information purposes only and all photos and texts used on the RFC website are not contractual.
The customer expressly acknowledges that RFC cannot be held responsible, due to the communication by partners or any third party, of false information that may be mentioned.
No use of RFC's image or total or partial reproduction of its visual identity (logo, photos, etc.) can take place without express authorization from RFC.
